Mr. Terrence C. Jones, a native of Harlem, NY, is inexhaustibly passionate about the pursuit of purpose, the demonstration of excellence, and the art of consistency. Through those personal pillars, he has found success in many industries as he has a robust professional background in banking, insurance, real estate, and higher education. He has applied this real-world industry experience toward creating platforms that would provide education, opportunity, access, and support to those in need. Terrence is Founder and CEO of Jones Gold Enterprises LLC., which has Motivational Speaking, Consulting, & Coaching offerings. Jones Gold Enterprises also includes public and private sector businesses which support gaps in our communities.

Additionally, as Founding Senior Director of Ascend Beyond, a local non-profit purposed toward connecting teens and young adults to the principles, practices, and a culture of excellence through mentorship, teaching, and coaching. Terrence is committed to creating platforms to effectively educate, and inspire his students holistically toward becoming the very best version of themselves.​
He also prioritizes civic engagement and regularly collaborates with local community support groups, non-profit organizations, and faith-based organizations to serve those who are most in need.
